FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Orders must be placed by Thursday 3pm to be included in the following week's delivery. If you haven't ordered by the cut-off, your default delivery days will be applied automatically based on your saved preferences.

We deliver Monday through Friday. You can choose your preferred delivery days in your Account settings under Default Delivery Days.

All meals arrive fully cooked and ready to eat. Simply reheat in the microwave or oven for a few minutes and serve. No cooking required.

When you subscribe, you receive dollar-value credits (e.g. $150 for a Monthly plan). Each dinner is priced individually — you simply use your credits to select the meals you want each week. Credits roll over within the billing cycle.

Junior meals must always be paired with at least one Adult dinner on the same delivery day. This ensures a balanced family order and correct portioning.

Getting Started

Tap 'Get Started', choose your plan, set your family size and delivery preferences, and you're in. The whole process takes under three minutes.
No. You can manage everything — browse the menu, place orders, and manage your account — right here on the website. An app is also available if you prefer.
No lock-in. You can pause or cancel at any time from your account settings.

Ordering

The new menu is available every Monday. Browse and choose your dinners for the following week.
Orders must be placed by Thursday 3pm for delivery the following week.
Yes — you can edit your selection any time before the Thursday 3pm cut-off. After that, your order is locked in.
No order, no charge. Credits are only deducted when you place an order. Unused credits roll over.

Delivery

You can choose from 4–5pm, 5–6pm, or 6–7pm. Set your preferred window in Account Settings.
Delivery days are set by your default delivery preferences. You can choose your preferred days in Account Settings.
Dinners arrive warm and ready to heat. A quick 3–5 minutes in the microwave or on the stove is all it takes.

Plans & Credits

Credits are loaded at the start of each month based on your plan. Each dinner you order deducts the corresponding credit amount. Credits never expire.
Yes. Pause anytime from Manage Subscription. Your credits remain valid while paused.
You can cancel anytime. Any remaining credits stay valid and can be used to place orders even after cancellation.

Juniors

A separate menu designed for children aged 3–6. Milder flavours, smaller portions, and nutritionally balanced for young eaters.
Juniors meals are included in your plan. Simply set your Junior pax count when you sign up.
